We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, or socks
  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of:

  • The received product
  • Packaging materials
  • Shipping label

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund where appropriate

For verified seller errors, Trysweat will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for non-defective returns
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Trysweat is not responsible for lost return packages

If a prepaid return label is provided, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please:

7. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Orders that have already entered processing or shipping stages cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

10. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
  • Refunds may be reduced to cover return shipping costs

11. Fraud Prevention
